In the case of ATG2B rs3759601, our study showed that homozygous GG genotype confers lower risk to develop glioblastoma in all codominant, recessive and dominant models (p = 0.000 OR = 0.284 (0.165–0.488); p = 0.001 OR = 0.645 (0.409–1.018) and p = 0.000 OR = 0.442 (0.266–0.735) respectively). This evidence concerns the gene ATG2B and glioblastoma.
