Of 1060 primary breast tumors of the TCGA breast cancer dataset, we found a significant increment of KI67 expression in L-sided tumors (L: 10.76 ± 0.05259; R: 10.52 ± 0.05836; Unpaired T-test, p = 0.002, Fig. 7A). Here, MKI67 is linked to breast carcinoma.
