RRAS2 and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia: This correlates with the absence of RRAS2 missense mutations identified in human CLL both in databases and in our own cohort of 178 patients, as well as with the overexpression of at least 2-fold the normal levels of RRAS2 mRNA in 82% of the human samples (mean and median of approximately 5-fold over healthy controls).
