In addition to CLL, RRAS2 mRNA is found overexpressed in other hematological malignancies as well as carcinomas, including non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, liver hepatocellular carcinoma, and squamous carcinomas of the lung, head, and cervix (PCAWG cohort, Fig. 1C). This evidence concerns the gene RRAS2 and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
