TP53 and cancer: LUCAT1 could promote proliferation, migration, and invasion of cancer cells in various manners, such as inhibiting KISS1 expression (Liu et al., 2019), targeting KLF6 and KLF15 (Liu et al., 2020b), and targeting the L40-MDM2-p53 pathway through binding with UBA52 (Zhou et al., 2019).
