To screen the key factors that can alleviate the pathologies of AD, we took the intersection of the top 300 differentially underexpressed genes with the AD-related genes with the smallest p value to obtain 15 candidate genes (DNM1, CHRM1, GRIN1, MIF, RBP4, CYP46A1, STXBP1, G6PD, CDK5, TPI1, PCSK1N, CPLX1, BAX, VPS35, and MCOLN1) (Figure 1(b)) and further plotted the heat map of the screened candidate genes in microarray GSE5281 (Figure 1(c)). The gene discussed is CDK5; the disease is Alzheimer disease.
