To validate the impact of CD300a signaling on the effector properties of T cells in Leishmania infected animals, we administered anti-CD300a antibodies to mice at the time of infection, i.e., at day 0 followed by three more doses at days 2, 4, and 6 post-infection and mice were sacrificed at days 7, 14 and 21 to record pathological and immunological observations. This evidence concerns the gene CD300A and infection.
