ABTB1 and colorectal carcinoma: By observing Figures 8 and 9, it was found that after scratch test and transwell test, the densities of p-PI3K, p-AKT, and p-FOXO1 in the experimental group were 26.55 g/cm3, 70.2 g/cm3, and 24.36 g/cm3, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05); the density of ABTB1 was 35.4 g/cm3, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), the proliferation and migration ability of CRC in the experimental group were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the differences were statistically significant.
