At present, some literatures have reported that TPD52 is highly expressed in ovarian cancer tissues (Byrne et al., 2005) and acts as a downstream signal molecule in some processes (Liu and Xi, 2020), indicating that TPD52 also plays an important role in the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer, and MAL2 and TPD52 are chaperones. This evidence concerns the gene MAL2 and ovarian cancer.
