TAM-derived exosomes have also been found to promote migration of gastric cancer cells by delivering functional apolipoprotein E (Zheng et al., 2018), and BMSCs exosomes with p53 deletion can regulate the Wnt/β-catenin pathway by transferring UBR2 to target cells, which promotes the growth and metastasis of gastric cancer (Mao et al., 2017).
