Compared with that of normal samples, AML samples showed significantly higher expression of METTL3, METL14, METTL16, ZC3H13, RBM15, RBM15B, YTHDC1, YTHDC2 YTHDF1, YTHDF2, YTHDF3, HNRNPC, LRPPRC, HNRNPA2B1, RBMX, and FTO. This evidence concerns the gene FTO and acute myeloid leukemia.
