Compared with that of normal samples, AML samples showed significantly higher expression of METTL3, METL14, METTL16, ZC3H13, RBM15, RBM15B, YTHDC1, YTHDC2 YTHDF1, YTHDF2, YTHDF3, HNRNPC, LRPPRC, HNRNPA2B1, RBMX, and FTO. Here, YTHDC1 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
