Our previous lncRNA microarray analysis identified that RBM5-AS1 (RBM5 antisense RNA 1) was upregulated in both BCSCs MCF-7 cells (CD44+CD24−) and poorly differentiated breast cancer tissues (high-grade) compared with non-BCSCs MCF-7 cells (non-CD44+CD24−) and paracancerous normal tissues [6]. This evidence concerns the gene RBM5 and breast carcinoma.
