In addition, the expression levels of NEK1/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10/11 proteins in NSCLC were higher than those in the normal group, which may be related to carcinogenesis, but NEK2 protein showed no expression in both normal group and NSCLC group, which may be due to the low expression levels of immune cells infiltrated in NSCLC.
