We observed all the immunohistochemically stained tissue sections under an inverted microscope, and the immunohistochemical staining results showed that the osteosarcoma tissue section and the paracancerous tissue section from the same patient were quite different, where the protein expression of the ST3GAL4, TRIM8, STC2, TRPS1, and FAM207A antibodies was found to be significantly higher in osteosarcoma compared to the expression of the antibodies in paracancerous tissues (Fig. 7G–K). This evidence concerns the gene SLX9 and osteosarcoma.
