Currently, multiple biomarkers have been developed and used as routine prognostic markers to identify cancer types and guide treatment in breast cancer, for instance, TP53 mutation, immune biomarkers (programmed death‐ligand 1 (PDL1)), and breast cancer susceptibility gene 1 or 2 (BRCA1/2) and PI3K/AKT/mTOR [37]. The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is breast carcinoma.
