MIR31HG and colorectal carcinoma: In the ceRNA network MIR31HG/hsa-mir−193b/PLAU and MIR31HG/hsa-mir−206/STC2, it was hypothesized that the upregulated MIR31HG competitively combined with mir-193b and mir-206, respectively, and inhibited their activation, thus stimulating PLAU and STC2 expression levels to promote the proliferation of CRC cells.
