CD4 and neoplasm: Proportions of different tumor-infiltrating immune cells between TMB-H patients and TMB-L patients were calculated and summarized (Figure 4(a), Supplementary Figure S1), in which the abundance of CD4 (+) T cells (p = 0.030) showed more abundant density in TMB-L patients compared with TMB-H patients, whereas the B cell, CD8 (+) T cell, dendritic cell, macrophage cell, and neutrophil cell had similar density between TMB-H patients and TMB-L patients (Supplementary Figure S1, Figure 4(a)).
