It has been observed that FABP5 was significantly overexpressed in patients with PCa (P = 0.009), and it was significantly associated with high Gleason score GS (P = 0.011), and its ability to predict patients with PCa with GS≥6 and GS≥7 was higher than serum PSA (100). Here, KLK3 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
