Previous researches have demonstrated that activating MAPK signaling plays a crucial role in inducing osteoblasts differentiation to reduce and prevent osteoporosis, which may be mediated by increasing the expression levels of P-p38 and P-Jun N-terminal kinase (P-JNK) (Gallea et al., 2001; Zhao et al., 2018). This evidence concerns the gene MAPK8 and osteoporosis.
