CRP and Splenomegaly: In the current study, compared with patients with normal ALT levels, IM patients with abnormal ALT levels had the characteristics of the higher proportion of palpebral edema, hepatomegaly, and splenomegaly, longer hospital stays, higher levels of leukocyte, lymphocytes, the proportion of atypical lymphocytes, and CRP, which is consistent with the results of previous studies (7, 24, 25).
