Compared with mock group, expression levels of IL-1, IL-5, IL-6, IL-13, IL-17, IL-1β TNF-α, and TNF-γ in the high-dose JWJGF group were greatly declined compared with RA group (P < 0.01), indicating JWJGF could inhibit both synovial tissue proliferation and inflammation. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and rheumatoid arthritis.
