Although there has been few researches on the roles of EXOSC3 and EXOC1 in breast cancer, the results from the Human Protein Atlas (Figure 8) showed that the expression of EXOSC3 and EXOC1 were significantly different between tumor tissues and control tissues, and their expression levels showed the same trend with the results of multivariate Cox regression analysis.
