ROC analysis demonstrated that CCL21 could discriminate SLEpulm from non-pulmonary SLE with an AUC of 0.85, sensitivity of 88.90% and specificity of 75%; likewise, CXCL10 had a good discriminatory value for SLEpulm (AUC = 0.82; sensitivity = 66.67%, specificity% = 100%) (77). This evidence concerns the gene CXCL10 and systemic lupus erythematosus.
