The top 5 KEGG pathways enriched in the high-risk group (cell cycle, DNA replication, homologous recombination, EC, and pathways in cancer) were associated with tumorigenesis; those of the low-risk group (asthma, autoimmune thyroid disease, cytokine–cytokine receptor interaction, graft-versus-host disease, and intestinal immune network for IgA production) were immune-related (Supplementary Figure 3D).
