Multiplex analysis of SF demonstrated that all chemokines tested were higher in RA SF vs PsA SF (Supplementary Figures 5A, B, all p<0.05), including MCP-1/4, IP-10, MIP-1α/β, MIP-3α, suggesting that the increase in these soluble mediators in RA SF may in part be responsible for the observed increase in chemokine receptor expression on CD209+ DC cells. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL10 and rheumatoid arthritis.
