Compared with patients with RI < 0.66, patients with RI ≥ 0.66 had higher age, systolic blood pressure, duration of diabetes, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, the proportion of hypertension, diabetic retinopathy, and nephrotic syndrome, while a lower level of BMI, serum albumin, hemoglobin, TG, and eGFR (Table 2). Here, ALB is linked to nephrotic syndrome.
