Studies have shown that ADAM12 expression was elevated in breast cancer [8,9], cervical cancer [10], ovarian cancer [11], lung cancer [12], prostate cancer [13], colorectal cancer [14,15], and glioma [16], and elevations in ADAM12 were correlated with malignant biological behavior such as the proliferation, migration, and invasion of tumor cells. Here, ADAM12 is linked to cervical carcinoma.
