Twenty-four patients (45% of the HMA plus venetoclax cohort) also received a third agent as part of their frontline AML regimen, including a FLT3 inhibitor in 4 patients, an IDH1 or IDH2 inhibitor in 4 patients, gemtuzumab ozogamicin in 2 patients, and other investigational agents in 14 patients.
