The ability of TIR-199 to induce cytotoxicity in multiple myeloma, TNBC, and lung cancer lines (Figure 3) further attests to its potency and the fact that the molecule can synergistically induce myeloma cell death in combination with DYRK2 inhibitor LDN192960 (Figure 4D,E) further opens new possibilities in therapeutic targeting of proteasome regulators.
