In the present study, we employed an array of bioinformatics methods to explore the potential tumor-promoting or tumor-suppressing roles of HSF2 by investigating the significant correlation between HSF2 expression and the prognosis of cancer patients, DNA methylation, TMB, MSI, immune cell infiltration levels, and immune checkpoint genes in pan-cancer according to the results from the TCGA, GTEx, UALCAN, and cBioPortal databases. Here, HSF2 is linked to cancer.
