ASF1B and hepatocellular carcinoma: The results showed that that those with high ASF1B expression had significantly shorter overall survival [OS, n=364, HR=1.71(1.21-2.42), log-rank P=0.002], progression-free survival (PFS, n=370, HR=1.72(1.26-2.35), log-rank P=0.00049), recurrence survival (RFS, n=316, HR=1.74(1.23-2.46), log-rank P =0.0015) and disease-specific survival (DSS, n=362, HR= 2.21 (1.4-3.51) compared with the low expression group in HCC (Figure 2C).
