The results showed that eight proteins (CCNL2, CDCA5, CDC20, CDK4RAP3, EME2, KAT2A, PTTG1, and SPC24; note that CHTF18 was absent) were significantly dysregulated in PRAD tissues compared with normal prostate tissues (Figure 9A). This evidence concerns the gene CCNL2 and prostate adenocarcinoma.
