Recently, breast cancer was categorized into several subtypes such as luminal-type (estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) positive, good-prognosis), HER2-type (human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 positive, intermediate prognosis), and triple-negative breast cancer-type (TNBC, ER, PR and HER2 negative, poor-prognosis) [5]. This evidence concerns the gene PGR and triple-negative breast carcinoma.
