In order to further prove that ghrelin does indeed inhibit the Ras/ERK signaling pathway by activating PTEN, thereby inhibiting the transcription of myocardial hypertrophy-related genes, thereby improving cardiac function, we added PTEN blocker SF1670 and ERK blocker U0126 to the in vitro cardiomyocyte mast cell model and detected the expression of hypertrophic genes ANP, β-MHC, and PTEN, ERK, c-jun, and c-Fos in cardiomyocytes. The gene discussed is JUN; the disease is hypertrophy.
