Our results also showed that Sirtl in the DCM group showed significant lower expression than that in the control group (P < 0.0001), while the expression of Sirt1 was significantly increased after RSV intervention (RSV-L or RSV-H vs DCM, P < 0.0001), with dose-dependent effect (RSV-L vs RSV-H, P < 0.0001). Here, SIRT1 is linked to familial dilated cardiomyopathy.
