Our qRT-PCR results showed that the expression levels of CYTOR were significantly increased in HCC tissues (n = 100) (Figure 1a, p < 0.05), while the expression levels of miR-125a-5p were significantly reduced in HCC tissues (n = 96) compared with that in normal tissues (Figure 1b, p < 0.05). The gene discussed is CYTOR; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
