PAIP2 and Alzheimer disease: Study participants who were positive for either anti-ATCAY IgG or anti-PAIP2 IgG were found to be at an increased risk of MCI (OR = 6.17, 95% CI = 1.25–30.32 and OR = 11.40, 95% CI = 1.37–95.04, respectively) and AD (OR = 10.67, 95% CI = 2.25–50.71 and OR = 17.03, 95% CI = 2.11–137.80, respectively).
