We report here the in vitro analysis of NKCEs that trigger either NKp46 or NKp30, in addition to CD16A, and target CD19 or CD20 to induce killing of pediatric B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (BCP-ALL), which represents the most common childhood malignancy. This evidence concerns the gene FCGR3A and precursor B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
