Synergized suppression of intra-pulmonary tumor formation was observed upon knocking out Mettl3 and overexpressing ALKBH5 simultaneously (Fig. 2 F-G and Supplementary Fig. 1B), indicating that Mettl3 and ALKBH5 are critical for maintaining transformative phenotypes in murine lung cancer cells.
