Following univariable analysis, increased tumour grade (HR: 3.627, 95% CI: 1.940–6.77, P < 0.001), NPI (HR: 2.226, 95% CI: 1.385–3.576, P < 0.001), TNBC (HR: 1.927, 95% CI: 1.377–2.698, P < 0.001) and HER2 + molecular subtype (HR: 2.549, 95% CI: 1.661 – 3.912, P < 0.001) and receiving targeted therapy (HR: 1.541, 95% CI: 1.080–2.198, P = 0.006) all predicted shorter TTR.
