RT-qPCR results demonstrated that DLEU2 expression was upregulated in E2F2-overexpressing prostate cancer cells (Fig. 6B), and dual-luciferase reporter assays indicated that E2F2 transduction enhanced the transcriptional activity of the luciferase reporter flanked by the DLEU2 promoter in both PC-3 and DU145 cells, indicating that E2F2 may transactivate DLEU2 expression (Fig. 6C). Here, E2F2 is linked to prostate cancer.
