Tumor growth fractions using the Ki-67 index in GB have been studied using different antibodies, including Molecular Immunology Borstel-1 (MIB-1) which has been used to label Ki-67 in glioma samples by multiple groups [12–14]; however, the prognostic relevance of such approaches remains uncertain with conflicting results in multiple studies [12–15]. Here, MKI67 is linked to central nervous system cancer.
