For RFS, a univariate Cox regression analysis demonstrated that greater vascular invasion (P < 0.001), higher TNM staging (P < 0.001), higher tumor grading (P = 0.001), pharmaceutical treatment (P = 0.002), postoperative transarterial chemoembolization (TACE; P = 0.002), fibrosis (P = 0.027) and higher CCT7 mRNA expression (P < 0.001) were risk factors for poorer RFS in HCC patients. Here, CCT7 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
