In contrast, there were significantly lower rates of mKate fluorescence increase in IRE11 harboring Rb-GFPuv at all levels of infection from day 4 onward (p < 0.0001); compared to uninfected IRE11 at day 14, there was an 89% reduction in Rp-mKate in IRE11 with >95% Rb-GFPuv, 88% reduction in IRE11 with 75% Rb-GFPuv, 84% reduction in IRE11 with 50% Rb-GFPuv, and 76% reduction in IRE11 with 25% Rb-GFPuv.
