While no statistical differences were observed in the production of antigen-specific total IgG during the infection (Figure 5A), Tnfr1-/- mice produced significantly less antigen specific-IgG1 (P<0.05, Figure 5B) and higher concentration of IgG2 (P<0.05, Figure 5C) when compared to WT mice.
