MiR-660 inhibits the expression of oncogene E2F3 (E2F transcription factor 3) by directly binding to E2F3 3’-UTR, and ultimately inhibits the proliferation of gastric cancer cells, in which m6A modification is a necessary condition for the interaction between miR-660 and E2F3 (112); In poorly differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma (PDGA), most of the differentiated expressed circRNAs (DECs) are modified by m6A, and the variation trend of m6A modification is basically consistent with the expression level of circRNAs. Here, E2F3 is linked to gastric adenocarcinoma.
