miR-1246 negatively regulates the expression of the tumor suppressor gene SPRED2, thereby inactivating the Raf/MEK/ERK pathway and promoting the migration and invasion of CRC cells (69); LINC01605 is significantly overexpressed in CRC, and it could bind to METTL3 to promote m6A modification of SPTBN2 mRNA by METTL3, thus enhancing the translation of SPTBN2 mRNA.
