ALB and nephritis: Another study found that the combination of albumin with celastrol NPs to target MCs could pass through fenestrated endothelium, accumulate in MCs, and improve renal pathological morphology in nephritis model rats with the results showing that the albumin-celastrol NPs with 95 nm size could pass through fenestrated endothelium and accumulate in MCs, which improve renal pathological morphology (Guo et al., 2017).
