Recently, in the open-label, randomized, phase II COAST trial, 189 patients affected by inoperable, stage III NSCLC candidate for maintenance after chemo-radiation were randomized to receive either durvalumab (the current standard of care anti-PD-L1 agent) alone, durvalumab plus oleclumab (an anti-CD73), or durvalumab plus monalizumab (an anti-NKG2A). Here, CD274 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
