CD274 and melanoma: In a single-arm, phase II dose-expansion part of a phase I/II study, 33 patients (including 16 patients with melanoma and 17 with NSCLC), who were progressing after PD-1/PD-L1 blockade, received MBG453 (anti-TIM-3) and spartalizumab (anti-PD-1) until progression, death, or unacceptable toxicity.
