Results showed that LRPPRC were highly expressed in cancer associated fibroblasts (CAFs), epithelial cells, and malignant NPC cells (Figure S2E), indicating that LRPPRC might negatively correlate with the activation and recruitment of immune cells, and positively correlate with the transition processes from epithelial cells to malignant cells or even tumor metastasis. This evidence concerns the gene LRPPRC and nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
