In this study, we verified the positive effect of IL-32 for the invasion and migration of bladder cancer cells in vitro and identified the correlation between IL-32 and CCL4 (as a chemoattractant induced by inflammation, also known as macrophage inflammatory protein-1β) according to the TCGA and GTEx databases, but its function in vivo remains unknown. This evidence concerns the gene IL32 and urinary bladder cancer.
