RNA-seq and MS showed that NKAP recruited SFPQ and controlled TTS splicing events in the presence of m6A. NKAP has not yet been reported to be involved in SLC7A11 mRNA splicing and maturation in glioblastoma cells, and there is no mention of its association with SFPQ to regulate the TTS event. The gene discussed is SLC7A11; the disease is glioblastoma.
