However, the regulatory mechanism of m6A on ferroptosis in glioblastoma has not been reported, more interestingly, we observed that the m6A “writer” (METTL3) and “eraser” (ALKBH5) were both positively correlated with SLC7A11 in glioblastoma by analyzing TCGA data (Supplementary Fig. S4C), suggesting that m6A modification may regulate ferroptosis through both positive and negative pathways in GBM. Here, METTL3 is linked to glioblastoma.
